Delivery Options
We provide local delivery throughout Tunisia. Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days, excluding Sunday, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information (if available).
Shipping Costs
A standard delivery fee of 9 TND applies to all orders. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Concerns
If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll assist you promptly.

No Returns / Exchanges
We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and your order number. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
